Rachael Oakes-Ash seems to have a long history of getting injured when on the road. The last one seems to be particularly bad, but nevertheless she puts a brave face and gives her readers an interesting story on her bad days.
Jagermeister [an alcoholic drink] can cover all amount of pain but sadly it doesn’t heal broken bones, torn ligaments and shattered cartlidge otherwise I’d be bathing in it. There’s nothing worse than having your ski or snowboard season cut short by injury. Well there’s one thing worse, having that injury overseas and having to get home.
