RECOVERING LOST IMAGES

It is not often that digital photographers run into the problem of loosing images, but if that happens in a rare occasion, it could be really painful. Even worse if you were out on a holiday and come home to see your pictures gone. It could happen either because of corruption of your memory card or because you deleted them accidentally and are no longer readable. I have seen people making pleas of help in some photography forums. It looks like there is no reason to panic on that, and there are some vendors who provide software to recover deleted or corrupted images. And even more good news? Some of them are free!
