Sometimes good happens even when you loose your way. We were driving to a historical temple near my town, and lost our way and instead ended up in a place where we found some good photo opportunities. Here is an image from there.

It is the end of the year again, and time for most news agencies and photograph agencies to look back at their images and compile their best of the year. National Geographic News showcases its collection, which has a set of pictures that are mostly about scientific discoveries(don't expect breathtaking images of visual appeal) that have happened in 2007.
