I’ve longed to see ‘this’ version of Rajasthan – forts all around. I’ve stayed in North India for 5 years and have been to Rajasthan twice – once for a couple of hours trip to Jaipur and the other time at a temple on a hill. Sadly, never managed to visit a fort. When I shifted base to Bangalore, I made it a point to visit some of the nearby ones. Amongst them, the ruined fort at srirangapatna stood out.

Karnataka doesnt have Forts like Rajasthan. I think the one in Chitradurga would be the best
